What is a 'fever chart'?

I'm working on a Dot Net 2.0 Winforms project and someone has asked me about
creating 'fever charts'. This is the first time I've heard this term. (From
what I've found so far it seems to be a concept, not a product.)

Is this something I can easily create with conventional DotNet controls?
