FAX CONSOLE NOT WORKING AFTER XP SP2 INSTALLED

I used MS Fax Console to send a fax before I did SP2 download and install.

Now the program does not recognize my modem and gives a status of "FATAL
ERROR" I do see the modem lights flash.

Any Idea?
