I failed to Send & Receive Process, reasons The Operation Failed

Dear Sirs,

I have a problem in operation, the system noted that 'THE OPERATION FAILED",
I neither able to send or receive mails.

Please arrange to repair it if possible, or let me know what to do, bearing
in mind that mail box are full of messages which are important to me.
