The only possibility to do this is during an in-place upgrade, and you have
to have free space directly after c:. This MS Knowledge Base article
describes the process:

If this solution isn't an option for you, then you will need third party
software (Volume Manager?) or a backup, reinstall and restore.
You will also need to reconfigure your RAID, in order to add the new disk
to your current volume.
