Expression to Create a Range Name

Can I use an expression to create a Range Name. If I have
a sheet with 10 rows which can sometimes vary, with cols
from A to C always. All rows will always have information
(i.e no blanks) can I create a range name in a Macro like
Range("B:COUNTA(B:B)")
