I am trying to export my entire calendar out to iCals. The only option I
found within outlook (both 2000 and 2003) is one event at a time. I found
some software, such as Outlook2iCal and Vsync (purchase required).
Does MS have any add-in tools or other ways to export all the calendar at
once?

Outlook 2007 handles that natively.

Since I am already running office 2000 and 2003, How can I do this without
converting to office 2007?

You'd need a third-party utility, like the ones you've already found.
