export business contact manager with another computer

I just bought a new laptop and want to have the same BCM info on it as I do
on my desktop. What do I do?

If you are simply looking to move the data then backup the data on the
current system and restore it on your laptop. If you want to use both and
have them have the same data then you would have to share the database and
make one system the server which the other connects to get the data as it
wouldnt' be stored locally.
