explorer.exe error

hi,
I encounters this problem when clicking on "MY Computer"
icon, My Network place icon,control panel or window
search. This program will not run and generates the
following error message.
"The instructions at "0x77a5bc2c" referenced memory
at "0x00000000". The memory could not be read. This
problem persist after downloading service pack 4.
Any solution?
