You are all over the place with your registry edits. Not a good route
to go and hopefully didn't muddy the waters too much.
When you used the other station to connect to the internet did you note
the ip address [ipconfig]? Was this working station set for dhcp? You
used the same port and patch cable with the working pc as you did with
the non working pc?
Have you http'ed into the router and configured dhcp?
All indications are the nic is not working or is misconfigured. Might
want to set it to 100mb full duplex, which should be the default for
the router switch ports, in case autonegociation is not working right.
You could also be dealing with a corrupted registry and bad binding
issues. Scanreg/restore or doing a system restore to a point before
the reg edits would be recommended.
