"Executable is Corrupt--checksum error"

hi!

I would just like to ask everyone of their thought
regarding this error message.

Anybody got an idea about this?
I know its just to reinstall the executable file, but
which one? Checksum of what?

Most importantly, to which does Checksum error refer: to
hardware drivers or to applications?

Thanks! Anyhelp would be greatly appreciated!
