When I create a calendar appointment - its fine. If I go to change, delete,
edit that appointment, I cannot do it via Outlook but I am able to do it via
OWA.

I would like to do this via Outlook - anyone seen this before or have any
ideas how to fix.

Thanks in advance

Changes to the meeting cannot be saved. The meeting has been updated by
another person. Close and reopen the meeting, and then make your updates.

Have you tried clearing the Forms Cache?
Tools->Options->Other->Advanced->Custom Forms->Manger Forms->Clear Cache.
