Can anyone tell where I can find the picture on my hard drive that displays
the message "EXCEPTION : Acess violation"?
I think it would be found somewhere in the windows folder but I dont seem to
find it.

As far as I know, there isn't one. Those screens are usually text based
reports of an error condition and are not image based.
