excel sheet bootom half sheet goes behind top part of sheet

I have a problem with excel work sheet. When you scroll from bottom of work
sheet it dissapears behind top half of the spread sheet . It like someone in
our company has by mistake change something as looks like it is in layers
now.
How can this be changed ,I would be greatful for son help to fix this problem.

Perhaps click on WINDOW > REMOVE SPLIT.

Does that fix it?
