This means that you are attempting to install Defender on a machine
where Microsoft Security Essentials, Forefront Client
Security/Endpoint Protection, or Windows Live OneCare has been
detected,
Assuming that you are using Microsoft Security Essentials, the
protection of Defender is included and Defender's installation will be
blocked.
