I just install Microsoft antispyware and when i click on security agents
windows are empty.Is that normal?

Nope, but it is fixable:
Install this:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...DisplayLang=en

(some background)

And you should be fine. Many users experiencing this issue are running a
third party product which came in a yellow box.
