error when starting up Remost Assistance

Hello Everyone,

Does anyone have any info on how to resolve this error
when starting up Remote assistance?

helpctr.exe - Entry Point Not Found
The procedure entry point DoOpenPipeStream could not be
located in the dynamic link library ScrRun.dll
