Hi,

Where and when does this error message appear? Define what you mean by "down
load files" as people tend to use this term incorrectly. To download a file
means to obtain a file from an external source, such as a web server. My
guess is that you are trying to start or install an application, or are
trying to open a file from disk. Please clarify for me.

Thanks for your reply Rick,

I downloaded several e books and files from external sources, mainly on line
internet coaches. They are saved in a desktop file I created. When I try to
open them, the message " not a valid win32 application appears.
Is there any way I can read or print these ebooks and files?

Many thanks

Hi,

Sounds like whatever application is used to open the files is damaged. I
would look to reinstalling it as a possible solution.
