error message during program startup

Installed a new hard drive used software from WD to transfer files fron old
drive to new drive Had to reinstall MS Office 2003 Professional since then
two older programs do not work
recieve error meesage below.

c:\windows\system32\autoexec.nt the system file is not suitable for running
ms-dos and microsoft windows applications

Any Help

The "autoexec.nt" file in C:\WINDOWS\system32 has likely been deleted by
spyware or malware on your system. Go to C:\WINDOWS\Repair and copy
autoexec.nt back into the system32 folder.
