Hi, Can somebody help me with this problem please.
I have followed all the fixes listed in this section - all the install.dll
files and time and cleared all the internet stuff too and still no luck !
I have completely deinstalled my norton security professional and when i do
so MSN7.5 works fine. However I then reinstalled it again and once i had done
the system scan and downloaded the lastest updates and logged off, when i
reopened windows I then cannot get back on msn - its clearly some sort of
problems between Norton and 7.5
