When Windows XP boots and windows is fully loaded, the
explorer.exe file shows under applications when
ctrl+alt+del is pressed and has the message "not
responding". Then after a period of time, 3 errors come
up at the same time.
1 - explorer.exe
Run time error 424
2 - Error loading keyboard
The specified module could no be found
3 - Error loading mouse
The specified module could no be found

I have gone through and disabled everything from booting
in startup, but the errors still come up every time.
