I am attempting to install Hotfix 126843 relating to KB 885843 which is
precisely the problem that I am having. I have an XP SP2 system and am
unable to upgrade to SP3 completely due to some incompatibilities with SAP.
Unfortunately when i try to install the Hotfix I get the following error:

"The installation cannot continue because the following packages might not
be valid:

SP3 UEER c:\windows\system32\dllcache\shell32.dll 6.0.2900.3241

SP3_UEER c:\windows\system32\shell32.dll
6.0.2900.3241

Reinstall the packages listed above and then install KB 885843.





Does anyone have any idea what i have to do here to get this hotfix installed?
