error "enter network password" or "can't find phone book entry"

I use window XP. I have modem "Westell" and
router "LinkSys" model "WRT54G" wireless. When I open
Outlook 2000 and choose send/receive mail appear window
and ask to "enter network password" after fill out never
accepted and after cansceled appear new window "can't
find "phone book entry". Please help to resolve this
problem if you can to advice what to do?
