Please Help!
Here is the overview of our network. We have 2 domains. In domain (a)
there is a SQL server(2000),Web/Exchange server(2000) and a domain
server(2000). In domain (b) there are all of the
workstations(98,ME,XP) and a file/domain(200) server. Domain A & B
trust each other and have been working well for 1+ years.
Problem: Yesterday a new XP machine was added to domain B, this
morning no one in Domain B can logon to the Web/Exchange server. We
receive the error "UNKNOWN ERROR 31" and when trying to connect
through network neighborhood "Machine not accessable" These errors do
not come up when connecting to the 2 other machines in DOmain A
We need to get connectivity back asap as our business sends hundreds
of emails daily
