I have no problem faxing from a VB app using Faxservice (I have domain admin
right). However, when deployed on client machine, we got runtime error
80070005 Access denied.
What configuration required on the Fax server and client machine to make it
work?

It's because I set "send with high priority" in my app.
I think I found the solution:
In Win 2003 Fax server, go to
Computer Management
Fax - Properties tab
Security
Special permissions for "Everyone"
All send fax with High Priority
