error 4 on NOD

As advised - and thank you all - I downloaded and installed the trial
version of NOD. During the initial scan I got a number of error 4s.
Are these anything to be alarmed about?

A number 4 means that file was in use/open when Nod was doing its scan and
NOD bypassed the file. One file it will get a 4 on is the Pagefile which is
always in use by the O/S. NOD has a User Manual you should download and
review it.
