Somewhere in this upgrade it looks like you're reinstalling some MSI-based
product, but I can't tell from your message what's going on. Do you know
what is being updated, which product or MSI file? The error often means some
internal vendor code isn't working, perhaps VBScript. It might be that you
haven't got some Windows component installed that the code needs. If you are
manually installing a particular MSI file you can create a log when you do
that, and the log will sshow the failing code.
