I've been able to install MS AntiSpyware, but whenever I
launch it, it says that it has encountered a critical
error 102 and that I need to relaunch the program and
then, if the problem persists, reinstall (which I have
done several times!). Anyone have an idea as to why this
is happening?!?!?!?

Send an email to Jeff Dillon at this address:

Describe the problem you are having. He may wish to examine your errors.log
file, which, on most machines, is found at:

c:\program files\microsoft antispyware\errors.log
