I would hope that you have resolved your problem by now, but there may be someone else having the same issue. I did. There are several things listed throughout MS sites to try but the one that was not mentioned anywhere was deleting your mail accout AT YOUR ISP and recreating it.This is what finally fixed my problem. Of course my ISP still cannot explain why, the account appeared to be working fine. Also, remember to send all of the existing email somewhere that you can retrieve it because it does get deleted.
