Error 0x80070005

I´m building an aplication in ASP.NET with c# and when i try to run it in
debug mode i get the following error:
Access denied to 'c:\inetpub\wwwroot\INTRA\secure\web.config'. Falha ao
iniciar a monitorização de alterações efectuadas a ficheiros. In english -
"Failled when starting monitorizing the changes made in files" something
like this.
[HttpException (0x80070005): Acesso negado a
'c:\inetpub\wwwroot\INTRA\secure\web.config'. Falha ao iniciar a
monitorização de alterações efectuadas a ficheiros.]

Can anyone helpme with this error.
