I am running Windows 2000 Server on a dell poweredge 2600
when I try to create a erd disk a recieve the following
error message.

"The operation failed. The disk file was not found or was
inaccessible"

Any help would be appreciated.

One thing to try is to first format the diskette (in W2K).
