Enermax NoiseTaker power supply

I have an enermax noisetake power supply which has a little knob in the back
for adjusting the fan speed. Nothing seems to happen to the noise/speed
when I adjust the fan. I sent two e-mails to enermax last week and have not
heard back. Could someone tell me if I need to do something else?
