Hi - I design Greeting Cards and went into American Greetings to see their
Create and Print. When I go to personalize a card, an error message comes
up (Unable to download "font"). Happens with all fonts. Scripting, etc.
is enabled. Any ideas? I am using VISTA Home Premium - 32-Bit - 2GB RAM.

Hello,
Just wondering if you ever received a fix for this because I am experiencing
the same problem? I am also unable to download the spell check library.
I contacted American Greetings and they were unable to solve this.
If you have any information please advise.

Thanks

Add me to the list of people who gets a "Create & Print" Error message
when opening a new card to edit: "Error installing font '<fontname>'.
I figure it's some obnoxious Vista security thing, but I haven't been
able to figure it out yet.

Hello,
Here is how to fix the problem with downloading fonts and also the spell
check.

Hello,

We are sorry that you are experiencing a problem with the Create and Print
section of our site. Our technicians have been notified of this problem and
are working to correct it. Thank you so much for your patience and for
bringing this problem to our
attention.

Please follow these directions to allow our fonts to download:

1. Click the windows icon in the lower left corner of your screen.

2. Select the control panel option in this menu.

3. Select the user accounts option in this menu.

4. Select user accounts.

5. Select Turn User Account Control on or off

6. If prompted ?windows needs permission to continue? select
continue.

7. Uncheck the option to user account control and then click ok.

8. From here you will be prompted to restart your computer.

9. Once you have restarted your computer please return to our
website and select a card to print. Your fonts will download to
your computer.

Reverse these steps to re-activate your user controls after downloading fonts

I hope this helps. If you have any further questions or concerns, please
contact us again.
