Enable Recycle Bin on removable media?

Just wondering...

Is it possible to enable the Recycle Bin on removable media under
Windows 2000? I assume there's a registry entry somewhere that
controls whether drives flagged by the system as "Removable" have a
recycle bin or not.

The reason I ask is that I just bought a USB flash drive (128 MB)
and was surprised to discover that files I deleted did not go to
the Recycle Bin. No significant loss... THIS time. But I would
like the Recycle Bin enabled on this flash drive in the future, if
it's possible.

In case it matters, I will occasionally use this drive on a machine
running Windows 98 as well.

Thanks in advance...
