Quick question here.
Is it legal to use an emulator on PC to play playstaion games ? Obviously not pirated games, but shop bought.

An emulator is a program like any other, and falls under the same rules and guidelines that affect all software. The intended usage of an emulator does not affect its legality in anyway.

Bearing in mind that muckshifters link leads to information that is pertinent to US citizens.So the situation for UK folk may be slightly different unless we have become the 52nd state.
