Hi,
Go into the control panel (click Start, Control Panel), open System by
double clicking on it, click on the Hardware tab then click Device Manager.
If you see an entry there with an exclamation mark next to it then click on
it once, and press Delete. if the USB device is connected then within a few
seconds you should see Windows "discover" the device and add it in
correctly.
