I tried the 1st suggestion - no change in situation. I should also point out
before I go any further, I can still use OE normally to send emails and
attach pictures, etc. I do have Adobe Photoshop that can convert pics to
smaller file sizes, though its an enduring process. I also have Pinnacle
Studio - that had given me grief with trying to burn CD/DVDs (not using
Pinnacle) and wonder if that might have anything to do with it? ((I did
resolve the burning issue with help from these forums, btw.)
So before I do any further action on re-creating identities, if any other
possibility comes up, I'll try tomorrow.
