I keep getting network email signon screens for my 5 email accts when I am
doing nothing related to email activity. I am using Vista Home Premium. I
also have started to receive emails in Outlook - not Outlook Express. How do
I correct these 2 problems?

Windows Mail checks for new incoming mail every few minutes, with the
normal setup, as long as you keep it running. I don't know about Outlook.
