I'm reposting this question because i don't know if the first one went through.
Okay, First of all, I have to thank you guys and gals for really helping and
supporting all of us novice users with building our own databases. I think to
date I’ve posted 3 questions with things I wanted to accomplish in my
database and all 3 posts received helpful responses and I was able to
accomplish my desired results. My hat is off to all of you for helping not
only me but the rest of the community.
Now, to another question I have. Right now I have a field on my form for an
email address. The way I have it set up right now is if you double click on
the field box it opens outlook along with a new message item and the address
is pre-populated with the one that was on my form. What I want to happen
before it populates is ask me which template to use to fill in the Subject
Field and Message Body. Basically, I want to let interviewing candidates know
whether they've been accepted or declined for a position.
