Email coming into Outlook

's Computer Specifications

I occasionally receive email directly into Outlook 2007. I use Outlook
Express for all my mail. Why is this happening and what can I do to stop it.
I'm missing emails because I never check Outlook itself

Outlook Express won't run under Vista. Do you mean Windows Mail,
its replacement?

In Outlook, can you delete the email account so Outlook won't know
where to look for mail?
