Windows Mail doesn't work for website email servers. You may prefer
to download and install Windows Live Mail, which does:

The words "Windows Mail" and "website" don't belong together.
Who is your mail provider?

Pop3 isn't a valid server name. Are you set up as sky.com recommends?

If you have trouble reading .pdf files, you might want to install this
program:

The Google toolbar sometimes causes problems in Windows Mail, so I
recommend that you do not install it also.
