For some reason the Edit with FrontPage icon is inactive on my browser
top-level tool bar and when I go to file in the browser the same command is
grayed out. I used to use the command to easily get to a specific page on my
FrontPage website housed on a university server.

No, I'm afraid that I got no reply other than your reply. MS says it will
notify me if another response comes in. I'll let you know if I hear anything
