I have a database which stores records of correspondence course students.

I have a table which stores model answers to test questions - presently as
Embedded Word docs. I have over 600 records on this table.

I believe I may have started on the wrong footing, as I am wanting standard
formatting so that I can output the data to reports.

1. Should I be using linked docs rather than embedded?

2. Can I batch edit the emdedded files & how?

3. Can I batch remove the embedded files to external files, and how?
