I would like to edit my saved e-mail with comments and resave the e-mail.
Lotus Notes has this feature. Does Outlook? Example client sends an
e-mail. I then have a phone conversation and would like to enter my comments
into the e-mail, and then save it in the clients file with my comments.
(some e-mails do not require responding).

Thank you.

Yes Outlook does that. In 2007, under Other Actions I can chose to Edit open
email.

You failed to post your version.

I hope this helps you at least a little bit!

I have Office XP Outlook 2002 and I do not see this feature on it.
