edit crystal reports report using vb.net

Hi group,

has any one got an idea if it's possible to edit a crystal reports report in
vb.net, to be more clear: I've got a base-report with let's say 5 subreports
and I would like the user to be able to for example select one of the
subreports and delete it so that it doesn't get printed, but I don't want to
change the base-report.
