Sometimes the ecommerce tab shows up in the tools tab and
sometimes not. And sometimes when it is there and i click
on it to "refresh my page" or save it so to speak. It
brings me to the bcentral sign in page and sometimes it
brings me to a options page to do what im looking to do,
which is reload or refresh the web. Any suggestions here
would be greatly appreciated!

Do you have the bcentral update installed
