When I open my e-mail account a dog shows up on the screen. I double click
on the dog and it starts digging a hole and buries my mail.
What do I do now?

Thanks for any help.

Although all the remedies offered by the posters lately sound like they are
still suffering the effects of the New Year's hangovers, like a good sport,
I tried them out anyway. The only one that shows any promise is the
possibility that it is a built-in spam defense contained in my
newly-purchased DELL system.

Excuse me...I've got to put the shovels away.
