Hello
I crated a dynamic disk by 2 phisical disks (80G=40 +40 )
One of the disks "crashed" and I have only 1 of the disks.
There is any way to get access and rescue the stuff in the left disk?
Its verry importand to me.
Thanks.

Your best bet is to retrieve your important files from
your backup medium.

Whether you have a basic disk, a dynamic, disk, a RAID array, or anything
else, if the data on it important to you, a program of regular backup is
critical. Disks fail all the time. As has often been said, "it's not a
question of whether a drive will fail, but when."

I'm not an expert on dynamic disks and can't advise you on whether anything
can be recovered, but I can urge to be sure you have adequate backup next
time.
