dwwin.exe was ddwin.exe

This is strange. I know it was originally ddwin.exe, but
after I eliminated all references to Dragon Dictate, now
it says "dwwin.exe-dll failed to initialize"
and "drwtsn32.exe-dll failed to initialize" The Knowledge
Base refers to fixes that do not relate to my situation.
I have WinXP Home, but it came with the computer, I
didn't upgrade from something else.
