HELP! After I installed Micro Advantage QuickDrive my DVD and Plextor Drives
will not work. So I uninstalled it and they still will not work. Has anyone
else had this problem and if so how do I correct it.

Using an USB pen drive or jump drive should not disable
either IDE device unless a resource conflict occurs or if
the USB drive's driver file was improperly installed (and
it should not really be required for Windows XP.) For a
possible solution, go into Control Panel>>Administrative
Tools>>Computer Management>>Disk Management. Have the
computer re-identify the DVD and Plextor drives; make sure
that their drive letters are the same as before. HTH.
