Hi Kemco,
I used to have a CD writer which went totally corrupt, and I placed the
newly bought DVD and CD writer (burner) in its place and reconected the same
wires to it, and in the same places, the jumper and the other one, (I do not
know what it is called), only two connections, so I do not know how could one
go wrong.
